Vection Technologies, an Italian-Australian multinational listed on the Sydney Stock Exchange and specializing in spatial computing—a technology that merges human-computer interactions with real-world environments—has acquired 100% of The Digital Box (Tdb) for €12 million.
Tdb is the parent company of QuestIt, a leader in generative artificial intelligence and digital strategies. This strategic acquisition is aimed at incorporating QuestIt’s advanced AI technologies into Vection’s own services, enhancing its offerings in spatial computing.
Vection Technologies expects significant growth as a result of this acquisition, projecting revenues to reach $45 million in 2024, representing a 73% increase over 2023. The company operates globally, with offices in Italy, the UAE, Australia, and the United States, and serves over 3,000 clients and 1,000 distributors worldwide.
