Regeneration of public assets and new uses were the main themes of the exhibition EIRE – Expo Italia Real Estate, held in Fieramilanocity, Milan from 24 to 26 June; the Invest in Tuscany network took part in co-ordination with Toscana Promozione, the regional agency for economic promotion, and along with the Municipalities of Arezzo, Colle Val d'Elsa, Follonica, Pisa and Santa Maria a Monte.

The exhibition has offered many investment opportunities in Tuscany, starting from the urban regeneration projects linked to PIUSS funds, such as the Medici Fortress of Arezzo, the "Fabbrichina" of Colle Val d'Elsa, the Ducati Foundries of Follonica or Pisa's Galilei Citadel of science.

But there was more. An interactive map has been installed in the area “Invest in Tuscany” (pav. 4/stand nos. M13 M21 N14 N20) that has enabled the public to easily view the more than 20 projects, related to the world of retail, tourism, leisure, hospitality and other productive sectors that can give new perspectives to real estate and brownfields.

Tuesday, June 24, at the inaugural conference entitled: "Change for Growth: A New intended use for Italy", the Regional Councillor Anna Marson, responsible for city and spatial planning and the landscape, spoke about the new zoning policies by the Tuscany Region.
Eire has hosted more than 50 public administrations and a wide audience of investors, real estate funds, consulting firms and trade associations.
