Invest in Tuscany is gearing up for MIPIM 2024, set to take place from March 12th to 15th, 2024 in Cannes. This prestigious event brings together the most influential players from all sectors of the international property industry.
We’re excited to showcase Tuscany’s rich and prestigious offerings, including historic buildings and sites ripe for revitalization with new purposes such as student housing, hospitality facilities, industrial buildings, assisted living facilities, and senior housing.
Among the projects we’ll be presenting to international investors at the event is the public auction of the former Banti sanatorium in Pratolino. This historic property spans 13,000 square meters and is located in Pratolino, in the municipality of Vaglia, representing a prime example of 20th-century hospital architecture.
The auction, closing on April 5th, is the result of a close collaboration between the Usl Toscana Centro, Invest in Tuscany, and the Tuscany Region.
