The initiative is promoted by the Tuscany Region – Invest in Tuscany to analyze the issue of attracting highly specialized human capital and the special regime for immigrant workers in Italy, in a context in which companies and territories compete for the best talents to facing major social, economic, demographic and technological changes.
Today more than ever the availability of “talents” therefore becomes one of the factors crucial for the attractiveness of a territory.
The current legislation regarding the preferential tax regime and visas for these categories of workers will be presented and case studies and international best practices will be discussed to improve the actions already implemented and the talent attraction policies.
